Shopping with 'I Want Inks': You can order products displayed on this website (1) by telephoning us (2) by faxing or posting to us a completed copy of the order or (3) on-line. If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. We do stringent checks against credit card fraud. For security reasons we log your IP address. Any orders found to be fraudulent will be passed on to the relevant authorities and your ISP. Prices: Our prices are shown on our website. They include VAT and free delivery within the UK. We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order. No money will have been charged to your card at this time. There is an extra charge for delivery if you are outside the UK. The price is automatically updated on the 'Check Out' page when you select your preferred choice of delivery. Some delivery options are limited to certain countries and weights. Payment: You can pay by any Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Electron, Solo or American Express credit/debit card. There is no surcharge added to the cost of the items. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet. Look for the lock icon in the status bar and the https://secure section of the address bar when you go to the check-out page. You may also pay by cheque or postal order if you wish. The easiest way to do this is to add your products to the cart and then go to the checkout page. When you are at the checkout page, simply print it out and send it with your cheque / postal order made payable to 'Kanection Ltd'. The prices displayed on are web site are in British pounds. If you are not in the UK, the amount will get converted to your local currency by your credit card company. We only debit money from your account when we are ready to send your order. Delivery: We aim to deliver all our products to destinations in the UK within 3 working days. If the goods are not delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us by telephone or email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible. Returns: We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. The first thing to do is contact us either by telephone or e-mail. On many occasions an item may not be faulty and there is a problem with the setup. If a return is the only option we will give you a returns number to quote on the return. Under the European Union Distance Selling Directive you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period. This means you can return your order in its original condition to Kanection Returns, 275 Uttoxeter Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST3 5LQ, United Kingdom within 7 days of the date on which you receive it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery. If you return the product in its original condition, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Our responsibility: We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorized access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong. You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.
